Hey there, mama!

First things first—congratulations on diving headfirst into the beautiful chaos of motherhood! It’s a ride full of emotions, sleepless nights, and endless diaper changes… a ride you really can’t get off.

But here’s the thing: you’re probably doing better than you realize. I’m here to support you through the ups and downs, helping you thrive on this wild journey.

As a mum myself, I get it. Motherhood can be overwhelming, exhausting, and downright messy. After experiencing a second-trimester loss and then welcoming twins, with three boys under two years old, I’ve been there too.

As a therapist and coach, I offer a safe and non-judgmental space for you to share your real, raw experiences of mum life. We’ll have open and honest conversations about the highs and lows, the joys and frustrations. No topic is off-limits—whether it’s sleep deprivation, guilt, identity shifts, or the pressure to be the perfect mum, I’m here for it.
